General Notice

The sneakers offered on FootMarkt.com are replicas in terms of materials, sizing, and appearance. They are not manufactured in the official factories of the brands they represent.

1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Order Modifications or Cancellations: Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

• Customer Errors: No refunds or replacements will be issued for mistakes in size, quantity, or shipping address selection.

• Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to delivery delays. Delivery times range between 7 and 12 business days and are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

• Defective Items: You must report any factory defect within 14 days of receiving the item. After this period, the product will be considered used and no refund or replacement will be granted.

• Return Conditions:

  • Returns are only accepted for defective items or if the wrong model or size was sent.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

  • The return must be shipped to our overseas warehouse. Return shipping costs may apply.

  • Personalized products and items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

  • FootMarkt reserves the right to reject any return.

• Return Process:

  • Contact customer service with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.

  • If approved, further instructions will be provided via email.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued for defective products.

• Return Window: The customer has 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, provided the conditions above are met.

2. Product Information

• Product descriptions and images on FootMarkt.com aim to provide essential information to assist customer purchases.

• In the event of product unavailability after purchase, FootMarkt.com will notify the customer and issue a full refund.

• The website may run promotions including coupons and discounts.

• FootMarkt.com operates under a dropshipping model: after purchase, the product is shipped directly from the supplier located in the People’s Republic of China.

3. Pricing, Shipping, Taxes, and Customs

3.1. Purchase Process

1. The customer selects the product and specifies size, color, and other required fields.

2. Items are added to the cart and reviewed before checkout.

3. Billing and shipping details are entered.

4. The customer accepts the Terms of Service and proceeds to payment via PayPal or bank transfer.

5. The purchase is confirmed by email once processed.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• In case of an obvious pricing error significantly below market value, FootMarkt.com may cancel the order and issue a refund.

3.2. Shipping

• Shipping is free.

• The order is considered delivered once the product is made available at the shipping address or designated pick-up point.

• If no one is available at the time of delivery, the customer must contact the carrier to reschedule. Failed delivery attempts may result in return and additional fees.

• Upon delivery, the recipient must:

  • Show identification.

  • Inspect the package and note any visible issues (missing items, damage, signs of tampering).

  • Report any damage within 5 days via email.

3.3. Taxes and Customs

• As FootMarkt.com uses a dropshipping model, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes (VAT, tariffs) that may apply.

• Informative guidance:

  • Orders exceeding €22 may incur 17% tariffs and 21% VAT on clothing and footwear.

4. Modification of Terms

FootMarkt.com reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Customers should read them carefully before every purchase. If any provision is found to be invalid, it will not affect the rest of the agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

FootMarkt.com’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, subject to applicable laws and these Terms of Service.
